TDEE Calculator

Find out exactly how many calories you burn in a whole day. The TDEE calculator multiplies your BMR (Mifflin-St Jeor) by an activity factor to estimate your Total Daily Energy Expenditure — the number to maintain, lose, or gain weight from.

How to Use the TDEE Calculator

  1. Enter your age, gender, weight, and height.
  2. Choose the activity level closest to your typical week.
  3. Click Calculate to see your TDEE, BMR, and mild cut/bulk targets.

Formula Used

BMR = 10W + 6.25H − 5A + (±5 male / −161 female)
TDEE = BMR × Activity Factor (1.2–1.9)

Example: 32-year-old male, 75 kg, 175 cm, moderate → TDEE ≈ 2,700 kcal/day.
