Formula Used

Male: BMR = 10W + 6.25H - 5A + 5
Female: BMR = 10W + 6.25H - 5A - 161
W=kg, H=cm, A=years (Mifflin-St Jeor)

Example: A 30-year-old male, 70 kg, 170 cm โ†’ BMR โ‰ˆ 1,618 kcal/day (Mifflin-St Jeor).
